You will always receive a track and trace number, so you can track your package.
Payment
marieretpen.com is accepting online payments by; Visa/Dankort og Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until the payment is deducted.
All amounts on the webshop include VAT and are stated in DKK or EUR
The payment gateway is secured and encrypted, so your data is safe and cannot be read by others.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in the webshop unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
You will bear any return costs yourself.
Request for cancellation must be notified to me no later than 14 after the delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to use and can expect to receive only a reduced part of the purchase amount. It is up to Marie Retpen to assess the condition of the item.
Complaint
Glass must be washed in the dishwashing machine on the machine’s glass program.
Complaint regarding defective situation must be reported to Marie Retpen no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The complaint is rejected due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Marie Retpen covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
